Overview
Is was SO hyped when I found this set! If I had discovered this set as a child, I would have moved mountains to get my hands on it. It has dogs, a bathtub, and even a slide. And of course, I loved the Beethoven movies too! A friend of mine had them on VHS, and we watched them countless times. When I came across this set on eBay a couple of months ago, I knew I just had to have it. And to top it off, it was even complete!
Description
Five dogs, one pool, and some accessories make up this set. The pool is yellow with a slide that spirals along the inside, ending at the bottom. On the pool's edge, there's a squishy fish 'statue' that you can press to make it spit water (yes, you can actually fill the pool with water).
The set also includes two tiny towels labeled 'His' and 'Hers,' but these are crossed out and replaced with 'Beethoven' and 'Pups.' Unfortunately, the towels in my set are really dirty...
The accessories—such as a starfish, scuba mask, soap, and brush—could come in three colors: blue, green, or pink. The bathing ring is always orange.
The largest dog, of course, is Beethoven, while the pups are Tchaikovsky, Chubby, Mo, and Dolly. For more details about each dog, see the 'Animals in Set' section above.
